Maple Syrup Cask Limited Release is a rye whisky from the Danish distillery in Skjern, matured in virgin American oak before a finishing period in First Fill Vermont Maple Syrup Casks, bottled at 53.5% ABV. The nose delivers an intense maple syrup bouquet with warm spices and oak notes, the palate is creamy and full bodied with dark caramel and rye spice, and the finish is long lasting, smooth, and subtle with wood notes. This edition is limited to a worldwide release of 2,500 bottles. A rich, maple kissed, rye driven dram.
