St. Kilian Ironfinger Chapter Two by Axel Ritt is the second chapter of the collaboration between St. Kilian Distillers, guitarist Axel Ritt, known as Ironfinger, and the guitar maker Framus. The unpeated German single malt matured entirely in ex brandy casks and, as the label notes, was refined through maturation with guitar wood. Bottled at 49% ABV and limited to 308 bottles, it shows juicy apple, dried apricot, floral notes and walnut, a soft and sweet palate of toffee, orchard fruit and nuts, and a warming finish of toffee and dried fruit.
