Sipsmith London Dry Gin

Description

Sipsmith London Dry Gin is distilled in Hammersmith, the first copper pot distillery to open in London in almost two centuries. Ten classic botanicals, among them juniper, coriander seed, angelica root and Seville orange peel, are distilled using the one shot method, with only the heart of each run kept for bottling in small batches. On the nose it is floral with mellow juniper and citrus freshness, while the palate brings dry juniper, lemon tart and orange marmalade through to a spicy, citrus tinged finish. Bottled at 41.6% ABV, it helped revive gin distilling in the city that gave it its name.
