The nose offers dry white wine, green apple, quince jelly, peach, and hazelnut chocolate, while the palate brings white peach, acacia honey, lime, pepper, caramelized almonds, and baking spices, leading to a sweet, creamy finish of dried fig, peanuts, buttered toast, and caramel. Bottled without added color or chill filtration, this single cask expression is limited to 294 bottles. A honeyed, fruit driven Speyside dram shaped entirely by its Moscatel cask.
