Golden in the glass. Warm and spiced at heart. Island Street Spiced Rum is crafted in Devon, infused with spices once shipped to England on 19th-century Salcombe fruiters. A tribute to maritime heritage – and to the flavours of the West Indies. The base: a blend of aged rums from Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. Enhanced by Single Estate Gold Rum and exotic spices. On the nose: brown sugar, rum baba, toasted coconut. Sweet pineapple, vanilla and nutmeg bring tropical warmth. On the palate: creamy and rich. Gingerbread, mince pie mix, allspice and soft spice coat the tongue. The finish: toasted pecans, floral sweetness, long and rounded. 40% ABV. Best enjoyed neat and chilled.
