Ruinart R de Ruinart Brut Champagne is the signature non-vintage cuvée from Maison Ruinart, the oldest Champagne house in the world founded in Reims in 1729. This classic Brut is crafted from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier sourced from 40 to 50 different crus across the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, offering a fine balance of freshness, structure and fruitiness. In the glass, it shows a clear pale yellow colour with golden highlights and persistent fine bubbles. On the nose, fresh aromas of pear, apricot, hazelnut and fresh almonds are complemented by floral and subtle spice notes, followed by richer brioche and biscuit complexity. The palate delivers ripe fruit flavours with a balanced, rounded texture and an elegant finish marked by the vibrant freshness of Chardonnay.
