Ruinart Brut Rosé Champagne is a refined and expressive rosé from Maison Ruinart, the oldest existing Champagne house in the world, founded in Reims in 1729. This non-vintage cuvée is crafted from approximately 45 % Chardonnay (from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims) and 55 % Pinot Noir, including a portion vinified as red wine, giving it depth and character. In the glass, it shows a delicate salmon-pink colour with subtle orange highlights and a fine, lively mousse. On the nose, intense aromas of exotic fruits such as pomegranate, guava and lychee emerge alongside floral hints and red berry notes, followed by warm spice nuances like tonka bean and nutmeg. The palate is fresh and well-balanced with silky texture, fruit-driven richness and a clean, elegant finish with mint and pink grapefruit accents. Ruinart Rosé is excellent as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with seafood, smoked salmon or richer poultry dishes.
