Penderyn Myth Fruity and Sweet is a non chill filtered single malt from Penderyn, matured in a combination of carefully selected bourbon and wine casks and bottled at 40.0% ABV. The nose offers zesty citrus fruits and green apple with pear notes and hints of tropical fruit, the palate brings inviting sweetness with subtle bitter orange and complex fruit aromas, and the finish is light and elegant with gently fading fruitiness. This expression was crafted without cold filtration to preserve the natural oils and full texture of the malted barley spirit, resulting in a smooth, fruit forward, unpeated dram.
