Sun-yellow in the glass. Citrusy, floral, vibrant. Nerses Dry Gin is distilled in the Allgäu and blends southern brightness with alpine clarity. 44% ABV, all-natural, with no artificial colouring – its hue comes entirely from botanical maceration. Aged for at least three months. Bottled in a 0.7L designer bottle – radiant, clean, unique. The base is classic juniper. Lemon peel adds brightness, rosemary brings Mediterranean spice. Rose and orange blossoms provide floral depth, supported by lavender and herbs. The spice mix remains secret – but gives the gin its sunny soul. On the nose: lemon, pine, floral sweetness. First sip: soft, fresh, with warm herbal tones. Then lavender, juniper and a hint of spice. The finish is mild, long, floral and clear. Nerses can be enjoyed neat – slightly chilled, without tonic.
