This non-age statement whisky is initially matured in refill casks made from American oak and further refined in French oak casks, meticulously selected by Master Blender Dr. Craig Wilson. The French oak, air-dried up to four years in the Cognac region, imparts unique characteristics to this expression. Bottled at 50.8% ABV, this release embodies a masterful collaboration and a bold step into new maturation techniques.
