Millstone 6 Years Old 2020 Tulip Collection No.7 is a single malt whisky from the family-run Zuidam Distillery in the Netherlands, distilled on 10 April 2020 from heavily peated malted barley and matured for 6 years in two first-fill Sauternes wine hogsheads. Bottled at 53.1% ABV in a 700ml bottle without chill filtration or added colouring, it opens with peat smoke, dried apricot, honey, orange and vanilla on the nose, moves into buttery brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and orange zest on the palate, and closes on a long, dry finish of cold ash and lingering fruit. Part of Kirsch Import's Tulip Collection No. 7, limited to 587 bottles worldwide.
