The Midleton Very Rare Vintage Release 2025 is the latest expression in Ireland’s most prestigious whiskey series, celebrating 200 years of distilling excellence at Midleton Distillery. Crafted by Master Distiller Kevin O’Gorman, this exquisite blend unites Single Pot Still and Single Grain Irish Whiskeys matured in the legendary A2 Warehouse. The composition features three distinct grain whiskeys — including a rare 22-year-old Select Batch Special Grain and a 21-year-old Grain — balanced with an elevated Pot Still component. The nose reveals caramelized apple, toffee fudge, vanilla, fresh garden mint, lavender, cinnamon, and nutmeg. The palate follows with notes of honeycomb, orchard fruits, white pepper, citrus, molasses, and glazed fruits.
