Maker’s Mark Cellar Aged 2024 represents the return of one of the distillery’s most remarkable bourbons and stands as the most mature expression ever released by Maker’s Mark. This annually released, globally limited edition follows the philosophy of “aged to taste, not time.” The 2024 edition is a carefully crafted blend of 12- and 13-year-old Maker’s Mark bourbons, designed to explore entirely new layers of flavour while remaining true to the house style. Its maturation is completed in a LEED-certified cellar carved into the limestone surrounding Star Hill Farm, creating an older bourbon with exceptional depth and complexity, free from the harsh tannins often found in extended-aged American whiskeys. On the nose, aromas of caramelised sugar, bright citrus and toasted almonds emerge. The palate reveals buttery shortcrust pastry, rich coconut and lively spice. The finish is long and evolving, with notes of dried dark fruits and subtle oak.
