This Macallan 35 Years Old from independent bottler Blind Summit Whisky was distilled on 11 October 1989 from a single refill bourbon hogshead, finished in Rivesaltes casks and bottled at 45.3% ABV, non chill filtered, at cask strength and with natural colour. The nose deepens dried fruit and nut richness. Limited to 30 sets worldwide, this 50cl bottling is paired with the Barbados Rum finish counterpart and is available as of September 2026. Deep, nutty and fruit led, it is an uncut, naturally coloured single cask dram.
