Macallan 18 Years Old Double Cask 2026 is the 2026 edition of the single malt The Macallan releases every year, bottled at 43% ABV with an entirely natural colour. Each cask spent its whole maturation of almost two decades in European and American oak seasoned with sherry in Jerez de la Frontera, which gives the whisky its sweeter character. The nose shows dried fruit and toffee with rich candied citrus peel, ginger and nutmeg; the palate brings raisin, sultana and dried apricot with treacle toffee, vanilla and ginger, toasted wood spice and baked apple, before a long finish of warm oak and citrus.
