The London Distillery Company unveils Embarque, a sherry-enhanced single malt that pays homage to London's historic docks and their Spanish connections. This distinguished whisky undergoes initial maturation in refill barrels, followed by finishing in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks from Bodegas Barbadillo, imparting remarkable depth and oxidative complexity. Bottled at 700 ml, Embarque offers a symphony of flavors with notes of spiced molasses and decadent chocolate on the nose, a rich palate of cocoa nibs and toasted oak, and a warming finish of cinnamon and berries. It will be available from October 3rd, exclusively via the distillery's website and at The Whisky Show in London.
