On the nose, ripe apple and pear meet honey, vanilla, citrus, and sherry character, leading to a full bodied palate of caramel and toffee with oak spice and sherry undertones, and a long finish of dry oak and malty notes with a delicate toffee accent. Limited to 84 bottles worldwide. An uncut, Palo Cortado octave finished single malt with a rich sherry driven profile.
