Laurent-Perrier Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is a refined, gastronomic champagne that offers a pure expression of Chardonnay terroir. Founded in 1812, Laurent-Perrier rose to prominence under Bernard de Nonancourt from 1948 onward and has always placed Chardonnay at the heart of its identity. Since 1981, the house has been a pioneer of the Brut Nature category. This Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from top crus in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, with 40% reserve wines added for greater finesse and complexity. The champagne ages for five years in the cellars and is bottled with zero dosage. In the glass, it shows a pale gold colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose reveals white flowers, citrus, green pear and chalk, with subtle brioche notes. On the palate, it is crisp, mineral-driven and precise, with bright acidity, delicate salinity and a long, elegant finish. A superb pairing for oysters, seafood, sushi or refined goat’s cheese.
