Bottled at 48% ABV, this single malt harmoniously blends gentle peat smoke with subtle sweetness. On the nose, warm barley, hay, vanilla pod and lightly caramelised honey emerge alongside a delicate nuttiness and restrained smoke. The palate is elegant and well-balanced, offering biscuity malt, caramelised sugar, cinnamon spice and hints of ripe pear and baked apple. The medium-length, clean finish leaves dry malt, light oak spice and softly fading smoke.
