Islay 20 Years Old Single Cask Master of Malt is a single malt from the Islay collection, a collaboration with Studio Minerva, distilled and matured on Islay and slowly reduced to 46.3% ABV over about two weeks. Inspired by the red sandstone that shapes Islay's valleys, coastlines and soils, it shows ripe tropical fruit, ash and bubble gum on the nose, creamy white chocolate, vanilla wafers and gentle smoke on the palate, and a delicate finish of vanilla and oak. The distillery stays unnamed by design, and when one cask is finished the next continues under the same name, age and strength.
