This independent bottling from Duncan Taylor matured for over 14 years before a finishing period in a small Palo Cortado sherry octave cask. On the nose, it offers warm honey, sweet vanilla, toffee, and ripe apricot, leading to a creamy palate of tropical fruits, roasted nuts, and a fine spicy pepper note, with a long, dry finish shaped by Palo Cortado sherry structure, caramel, and citrus. With a worldwide release of only 85 bottles, this is a rare, single cask edition. The result is an uncut, sherry finished dram with a dense aromatic profile.
