Highland Park 16 Years Old “Between You And I” is a unique and contemporary Orkney single malt Scotch whisky, created in collaboration with three-Michelin-star chef Björn Frantzén. This limited release introduces a new, emotional approach to whisky tasting, inviting drinkers to explore their own memories and associations rather than relying on traditional tasting notes. Matured for 16 years in an innovative combination of virgin Swedish oak casks – a first for Highland Park – alongside European and American sherry-seasoned oak and ex-bourbon casks, the whisky offers remarkable depth and complexity. The nose reveals citrus brightness, sweet almond, vanilla and gentle aromatic peat smoke. On the palate, it is soft and layered, with notes of crème brûlée, orange zest, marzipan and subtle spices, supported by elegant heather peat. The finish is long, harmonious and evocative.
