GlenAllachie 17 Years Old 2008 The Octave Duncan Taylor Cask Nr.3044129 is a single cask single malt from the Speyside distillery, independently bottled by Duncan Taylor at 53.7% ABV after 17 years, finishing in an Oloroso sherry octave cask. The nose opens with dark dried fruits, roasted nuts, and cinnamon, while the palate brings dark chocolate and oak spice, leading to a long finish of cocoa, tobacco, and pepper. Distilled in 2008, bottled in 2026, and limited to 92 bottles worldwide, this is a non chill filtered cask strength dram with a naturally deep rust brown color and no added coloring. A rich, sherry forward single cask expression from a smaller barrel format.
