Glen Spey 10 Years Old 2015 The Octave Duncan Taylor Cask Nr.11052464 is a single cask single malt from the Speyside distillery, independently bottled by Duncan Taylor, matured in a Pedro Ximénez sherry Octave cask and bottled at 53.9% ABV without coloring and not chill filtered. Ripe apples and pears on the nose give way to dark chocolate and caramel, while the palate brings raisins, syrupy toffee, and cocoa with fine spice and subtle wood notes, leading to a harmonious finish with hints of nuts. Distilled on November 4, 2015, the cask yielded 92 bottles. An intense, sherry driven single cask dram.
