Glasgow 1770 10 Years Old 2016 Bourbon Cask Matured is a 10 Years Old single malt from The Glasgow Distillery, bottled at 54% ABV from a marriage of ex Bourbon casks including one first fill ex Bourbon barrel, natural in colour and non chill filtered. The nose offers roasted pineapple, soft smoke and waxy lemon, leading to honeyed sweetness, tropical fruit and citrus on the palate with charcoal smoke and lingering oak spice on the finish. Limited to 550 bottles, it marks the first release to reach a full decade of maturation from the distillery's original 2016 peated runs. It is a honeyed, smoky, Bourbon cask dram with a waxy texture.
