Description

Gamber Valley Tapah 75cl is a peated Indian single malt from Alcobrew Distilleries, distilled, matured and bottled in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, beside the Gamber River in the lower Himalayas. Matured in ex bourbon barrels and bottled non chill filtered at 46% ABV, it is a permanent core expression of the range, and its name means inner fire. Gentle smoke builds on the nose with acacia honey and liquorice, the palate brings soft smoke over light oils, molasses, warm spice and buttery vanilla, and the smooth finish fades to vanilla, warm spice and milk chocolate.
