Foursquare 15 Years Old Penultimus Mark XXX is a single blended rum from the Foursquare Distillery in Barbados, matured for fifteen years in a combination of ex Bourbon and ex Moscatel casks and bottled at 57.0% ABV. The nose offers ripe dates, raisins, dark chocolate, and Moscatel grape sweetness; the palate brings caramel and honey with exotic pineapple and melon, roasted oak, and baking spices, while the finish holds pepper and a trace of citrus. A concentrated, full strength rum whose long maturation and dual cask influence yield a distinctively structured dram.
