Edradour 11 Years Old 2015 1st Fill Cabernet & Merlot Casks Finish Cask Nr.505 to 508 is a Highland single malt from the distillery that presents itself on its label as Scotland's Little Gem, filled into cask on 17 July 2015, finished in first fill Cabernet and Merlot casks from the St. Michael Eppan winery in Alto Adige and bottled in September 2026 at 46% ABV, non chill filtered and with natural colour. Warm malt, ripe berries and gentle vanilla open the nose with leather and a hint of chocolate; the wine like palate brings dark plum and berries with malty sweetness and slightly bitter cocoa. Intense red wine notes, fine oak spice and present tannins lead to a dry close of dark cocoa.
