Deanston 34 Years Old 1991 The Long Game Rare Find Cask Nr.001

Description

Deanston 34 Years Old 1991 The Long Game Rare Find Cask Nr.001 is part of The Long Game, Rare Find's collection of three single casks matured for more than three decades. Distilled at Deanston, the former cotton mill near Doune in Perthshire, in 1991, it spent 34 years in second fill PX sherry butt 001 and gave 72 bottles at a cask strength of 48.8% ABV, without chill filtration and in natural colour. Mahogany, stewed plums and Christmas pudding lead to fruit cake, dried tobacco, leather and raspberry liqueur, with a refined finish of old oak and malt loaf.
