The Dalmore 17 Year Old marks a refined addition to the distillery’s core range, showcasing depth, balance and classic sherry influence. Initially matured in American ex-bourbon casks, this single malt is then finished in three distinct González Byass sherry casks: Apostoles, Matusalem and Amoroso-Oloroso. This rare cask combination delivers a layered and elegant flavour profile. On the nose, notes of orange, garden fruits and gentle wood spice emerge. The palate reveals orange marmalade, sweet toffee, poached pears and forest fruits, leading into a long, polished finish of dark chocolate–dipped oranges, dried fruits and hints of nutmeg and cinnamon. Bottled at 42% ABV, The Dalmore 17 Year Old is presented in a striking purple box with magnetic closure, perfectly aligned with the signature design of the Dalmore core range.
