Dalmore 12 Years Old 102 Proof

Description

Dalmore 12 Years Old 102 Proof is a limited edition of The Dalmore's 12 year old Highland single malt, bottled at 51% ABV, the equivalent of 102 proof that gives it its name. It matured for ten years in American white oak ex bourbon barrels before being split between Oloroso sherry casks and bespoke casks made exclusively for The Dalmore by González Byass, bringing together classic and aged Oloroso with sweet Pedro Ximénez. Candied citrus, raisins, treacle toffee and oak spice lead to forest berries, Seville orange marmalade, fruit cake, dark chocolate and a hint of liquorice.
