Spiritory as a marketplace has a buyer protection fee for the buyer of 3% to ensure a smooth transaction, this fee is included in the price of the bottle once you click on buy and the price is shown in detail. For the seller, the fee for selling a bottle in the platform is 9%, this way we can make sure that all parts get the best service possible.

You have two options to purchase a bottle: 1. Buy Now: Click on the “Buy Now” button to accept the listed price. Once you confirm the purchase, the authentication process will begin, which typically takes between 1 to 48 hours. After the bottle is authenticated, you’ll receive a notification and can proceed with the payment. 2. Place a Bid: Click on “Place a Bid” to propose your own price for the bottle. The seller can either accept or reject your offer. If the seller accepts, the same process follows: authentication of the bottle and then payment. Both methods ensure transparency for both buyers and sellers.

What should I do if my bottle arrives damaged?

If your ordered bottle doesn’t arrive or is damaged, we’ll do our best to connect you with another seller on our platform offering the same bottle. This allows us to send a replacement as quickly as possible. Please note that the new seller will need time to pack and ship the bottle, which might slightly extend delivery time. Our goal is to provide a reliable and secure platform where quality and customer satisfaction come first.

Orders from private sellers are binding and cannot be canceled. For commercial sellers, EU consumers may cancel their orders within 14 days of receipt, provided the bottle remains unopened and in its original condition.
