His first and unforgettable meeting was with a bottle of ten-year-old Talisker, which showed him the palate that he likes the most. Since then, Damian has mainly enjoys the flavors of peat and smoky characters, but does not forget about other regions. From his opinion all regions, from the Lowlands and Campbeltown to the Islands to the far regions of the Highlands, every region has something to offer.
