The Clynelish 32 Years Old 15th Anniversary Sansibar Whisky Cask Nr.11097 is a single cask single malt from the Highlands, matured in a First Fill Bourbon Barrel and bottled at 47.2% ABV by independent bottler Sansibar Whisky. The nose offers orange marmalade, mirabelle, and oily yogurt dragée; the palate brings waxy star fruit, unsweetened fruit compote, and a pronounced mineral note; the finish delivers fruit accompanied by fine, subtly leathery wood. Only 131 bottles were produced. This is a rare, mineral driven, waxy Highland dram.
