Clydebuilt 10 Years Old Sherry Cask Matured is a heavily Sherried Speyside Single Malt from independent bottler Clydebuilt, part of Ardgowan Distillery, bottled at 46% ABV after a decade of maturation in traditional Sherry butts and European oak Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso hogsheads from the José y Miguel Martín bodega. Its nose offers dried fruits, toasted almonds, and oak shavings, leading to heather honey, raisins, cinnamon, and cloves on the palate, with a finish of marzipan and sweet spice. It is bottled without chill filtration or added colouring. A rich, honeyed, sherry forward dram.
