Inspired by Taiwanese culture and celebration, this expression combines the modern craftsmanship of the renowned Chichibu Distillery with a unique and festive design. The single malt blend was matured in a variety of cask types, including bourbon and American white oak casks, resulting in a soft, sweet and layered flavor profile. On the nose, it offers fruity and creamy aromas alongside notes of vanilla, honey and delicate oak. The palate is smooth and approachable, featuring sweet malt, gentle spice and elegant wood influence. The finish is soft, balanced and pleasantly long. A standout feature is the beautifully illustrated label created by a Taiwanese artist, incorporating symbols such as Shennong, barley, crickets and harvest imagery to represent prosperity, happiness and abundance.
