The new release from THE CASKHOUND in the popular CRAZY COOS RELOADED series showcases a 15-year-old Speyside single malt from Glenburgie, now available in a limited edition. This expression, Glenburgie 15 Years Old 2010 Crazy Coos Reloaded #9 The Caskhound Cask Nr.15 , is notable for its extended finish of 15 months in a First Fill Moscatel Sherry Hogshead. Bottled at natural cask strength of 56.2% ABV and free from chill filtration or coloring, it offers a powerful yet balanced dram with a refined Speyside character amplified by a rich sherry influence.

The bottling continues the signature visual theme of the CRAZY COOS RELOADED series, featuring the distinctive and ironic artwork by Lana Mathieson. These charming illustrations lend each release a unique personality, pairing well with the playful yet sophisticated nature of the whisky inside.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

Originally matured in refill ex-bourbon casks, the whisky gains additional depth and complexity from its Moscatel sherry finish. The finish imparts warm grape and peach notes alongside delicate honeyed sweetness and dessert wine nuances. This layering enhances the soft, malty base typical of Glenburgie, resulting in a creamy and fruit-forward profile with elegant warmth and spice.
