Blade and Bow 30 Years Old Cask Strength 75cl is the cask strength edition of the Blade and Bow 30 year old Kentucky straight bourbon, the same blend as the 30 Years Old Limited Release presented undiluted at its natural barrel strength of 164.2 proof (82.1% ABV). Laid to rest in the spring of 1993 and matured largely in the historic rickhouses of the Stitzel-Weller Distillery, it was blended by Nicole Austin from 42 of an original 96 barrels and is limited to 1,200 bottles of 75cl in a custom leather box. Citrus oils, dark berries and baking spice sit over fig, molasses and old oak, and the viscous palate brings roasted nuts, ginger, dark sugar and blackcurrant with a cool menthol lift.
