Bache Gabrielsen 10 Years Old American Oak Anniversary Limited Edition is an XO Cognac created as a tribute to the original American Oak of the house, created ten years ago, limited to 1,640 bottles and bottled at 42% ABV. Double matured for ten years in French Limousin oak and new American oak from Tennessee, it balances the finesse of the French oak with the indulgence of the American. Pastry cream, vanilla pod, coconut shortbread and peppermint lead the nose; the palate shows crème brûlée, tonka bean, spiced wood and white pepper, before a round finish of dried exotic fruit.
