Auchroisk 14 Years Old 2012 Thompson Bros is a single cask Speyside single malt, distilled on 25 June 2012 at Auchroisk, a distillery founded in 1974, and matured for 14 years in a rejuvenated hogshead. Sweet malt, warm grain, honey and vanilla open on the nose; the creamy palate brings caramel and roasted nuts over a fine oak structure, and the long, dry finish ends on a subtle oak spice. The brothers Phil and Simon Thompson of Dornoch bottled it in August 2026 at a cask strength of 55.3% ABV, non chill filtered and without added colouring, in a limited run of 300 bottles.
