This unpeated whisky, matured in 100% Bourbon barrels, offers a rich aromatic spectrum bottled at a robust 59.2% ABV. With notes of glacé cherries and marzipan on the nose, it unfolds into a creamy palate of sugared almonds and rich orange polenta cake, finishing with a sweet nuttiness and soft orchard fruit. Available in a limited batch of 10,290 bottles, each 700 ml bottle is a celebration of tradition and innovation.
