Description
Emerald green in the glass, bold in character. L’Amesinthe is crafted in Provence using low-temperature vacuum distillation. A technique borrowed from perfumery preserves even the most delicate botanicals. 59% ABV gives structure and depth. The base: Grande Absinthe (Artemisia Absinthium), mugwort, and around twenty herbs and roots. The nose opens with green freshness. Dominant: wormwood and anise, backed by fennel, lemon thyme and a hint of pine resin. On the palate: dry, herbaceous bitterness, oily texture. Fresh mint meets liquorice, caraway and dried herbs. The finish is long, warm and aromatic. Bitterness and sweetness stay in balance. Add ice water and the louche emerges – anise turns to cloudy green. L’Amesinthe honours tradition while staying smooth, precise and modern. Bottled in a classic flask with vintage-style label – for purists, collectors, and quiet evenings.
