What Makes BizarreBQ Special:

Ardbeg is introducing a new limited whisky edition to the market. The idea for BizarreBQ was created by the Master Distiller, Dr. Bill Lumsden, in collaboration with BBQ expert "DJ BBQ".

The Ardbeg BizarreBQ combines the flavors of smoky barbecue with the unmistakable smoky taste of the globally award-winning Ardbeg whisky. The recipe for this whisky was developed through an experimental barrel toasting process that consists of double-charred oak barrels, Pedro Ximénez sherry casks (PX-Casks), and experimental BBQ casks.
The whisky has a sweet, spicy, and smoky taste that perfectly complements a real BBQ.
The exclusive BizarreBQ bottle will initially be available at the Ardbeg Distillery Visitor Centre on Islay and in Germany at selected retailers and through Spiritory from April 3. Later this year, the bottle will be available worldwide. The whisky will have an alcohol content of 50.9% and will have a retail price of £75 or approximately €85.
