Rampur Barrel Blush: Indian single malt with shiraz finish

The Rampur Distillery, known for its innovative whiskies, is launching an exciting new bottling on the market with Rampur Barrel Blush.

Initially available in the UK, this Indian single malt whisky will soon be available in Europe and the USA. With an alcohol content of 45% vol. and a unique maturation, the Rampur Barrel Blush is a must for whisky lovers.

The whisky is first matured in American Bourbon barrels, which gives it a base of vanilla, oak and gentle spices. It is then matured in Australian Shiraz wine casks, which give it additional aromas of ripe berries, dark fruits and a subtle tannin note. This combination creates a rich and balanced taste experience, which is given a special depth by the intense fruitiness of the Shiraz wine.

Rampur Barrel Blush will initially be available from UK retailers with a recommended retail price of £65 (approx. €80) before being released to other international markets in the coming months.
