The independent bottler, known for its high-quality single cask whiskies, presents the Caol Ila single cask whisky “Scilla”, a masterpiece from its popular “Casks, Plants & Blossom” series.

The “Scilla” fascinates with its remarkable maturity in just six years, but its true magic lies in the perfect balance of sherry and smoky notes.

Matured in a 1st Fill Sherry Barrique, it reveals a deep amber hue and an enticing bouquet. Exotic fruit notes of banana and mango meet creamy vanilla, while the characteristic Islay smoke lingers gently in the background, allowing the lush fruitiness to come to the fore. The full power of this whisky unfolds on the palate.

With its intense 58.3% vol., the “Scilla” shows strength, but remains elegant and balanced. A whisky that beguiles the senses and lingers on.
