The journey of a special whisky

The whisky was distilled on 20 April 2021, just a few months after the distillery was founded in November 2020. It matured for over three years in a small 30-litre ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry cask, which gave it complex aromas and an unmistakable depth of character. The use of peated malt gives it a pleasant smoky note that will appeal to connoisseurs in particular. With an alcohol content of 57%, it is powerful and intense.
