The three-year-old single malt matured in a virgin oak cask made from French oak, which gives it an exceptionally intense and multi-layered character. The choice of this cask, instead of the usual American white oak, brings out subtle fruity and spicy notes as well as an elegant woody note.

The slightly increased drinking strength of 44% vol. ensures that the aromas are perfectly accentuated. Fruity honey and citrus notes unfold on the nose, accompanied by caramel. Spicy sweetness, liquorice and a hint of ginger surprise on the palate. The medium-long finish offers subtle woody notes and a pleasant spiciness.
