The Dalmore continues its acclaimed Distillery Select Series with three distinct releases for 2025, each showcasing the brand’s skill in cask finishing and maturation. These single malts highlight exceptional finishing periods in unique wine and port casks, elevating The Dalmore’s signature rich and complex style. The new lineup demonstrates why Dalmore remains a benchmark for luxurious Highland whisky expressions.

Design & Presentation

While specific packaging details remain under wraps, The Dalmore Distillery Select Series is renowned for its elegant presentation that complements its premium positioning. Each release traditionally features refined labeling that reflects the distinct cask influence and age statement, appealing to collectors and connoisseurs alike.

Maturation & Flavor Profile

The series includes:

• The Dalmore Cabernet Sauvignon Cask Finish 2012, initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, then aged for two more years in Cabernet Sauvignon barriques. This 13-year-old whisky offers warm citrus notes, toffee, peach, balsamic vinegar, and spices at 51.3% ABV.

• The Dalmore Loire Valley Wine Cask Finish 2007, a 17-year-old whisky, partially matured in sweet barriques from Bouvet Ladubay, with aromas of plums, jam, wild spices, and vanilla at 46.8% ABV.

• The Dalmore Colheita Tawny Port Cask Finish 1997, the oldest of the three, matured for 28 years and received a four-year finish in Colheita port casks from Graham's. It reveals exotic fruits, plums, coffee beans, bitter oranges, and allspice notes at 48.2% ABV—with only 49 bottles available.
